Our clear, concise, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), carried out to government standards, will enable you to make an informed decision as to the benefits and cost effectiveness of the various energy saving measures applicable to your individual property. Our EPC's are also suitable for use in the new Home Information Packs which are needed for the sale of all houses of three bedrooms or more at present and will be required on the sale of all properties after the 14 December 2007. We can take instructions both direct from house owners and from selling estate agents. We are also happy to serve Home Information Pack (HIP) providers and Domestic Energy Assessment Panels. On being instructed we will inspect the property within 3 working days (Subject to access) and produce an EPC which will be lodged on the government ‘Landmark’ database website https://www.hcrregister.com for you to view and download.
