Did you know you do not have to get a HIP provided by your Estate Agent or Solicitor when you are selling your property?

Most Estate Agents and Solicitors offer a Home Information Pack Service to their clients; however, this is not usually the cheapest option. This is because most of them use a third party company to compile who in turn may use two or three other companies to provide the Home Information Pack pushing the cost to the vendor up.
